Holly Harrington
Holly Harrington Holly has over 35 years skating experience, ten years of which were competitive, and 25 years professional. During Holly's amateur skating years, she trained under several national, international, and Olympic coaches throughout Arizona, California, and in Colorado at the famed Broadmoor skating arena. Holly's amateur accomplishments include being a Gold Medalist in Freestyle, Junior figures, Southwest Regionals Competitor, Pacific Coast Nationals Competitor, Alternate to 1992 Nationals, Invitationals & Collegiate Competitions. In 1995 Holly was given the opportunity to join Walt Disney's World on Ice and Ringling Brothers Barnum and Baileys Circus and toured (the Pacific Rim and Europe) through 1997 as a principal character, under study, and principal skater. Holly was then offered the opportunity to tour as a principal skater throughout Central and South America with Hermanos Fuetos Gascal Circus on ice, where she toured until 1999 when she returned to America to further her career as a professional skater. She moved to Aspen Colorado to intern and begin her career as a figure skating coach. Soon Holly returned to her home town of Scottsdale, AZ and began coaching at Oceanside Ice Area where she continued to coach and eventually took over as Figure Skating Director and Head Power Skating instructor of DYHA Travel Hockey Program
From 2000 to 2007 Holly held the Director of Player Development at Oceanside Ice Arena/DYHA.
In 2007 Holly partnered with the Arizona Hockey Clubs and was made lead Power Skating Instructor at Polar Ice Gilbert, Polar Ice Chandler, and Polar Ice Peoria.
At this time Holly also was lead power skating instructor at numerous camps in Tucson, Prescott and Flagstaff.
Holly has had the privilege of coaching numerous Regional, National, and International figure skating competitors as well as National, International, Olympic, and NHL hockey players.
Holly coached both figure skaters and hockey players at the Gilbert ice arena since its inception in 2008 and was an integral part of the formation and development of their programs. Holly held the position of Head Power Skating Instructor at Arizona Hockey Union for 16 years and ran all on-ice entry level programs and skills sessions for AHU for over 16 years as well as being their Mite Development Team Coach for many years at AHU.
Holly also created and ran all entry level hockey development programs at Polar Ice Gilbert / AZ Ice Gilbert for over 16 years and the program format created is still in use today.
Holly currently works at Coyotes Community Ice Center and acts as Lead Powerskating Instructor at numerous hockey camps locally, regionally, and nationally from 2001-Current.
From 2019-2022 Holly held the position of Skating Director and all Hockey Development programs at AZ Ice Gilbert, where she grew Learn to Skate from 200 to over 800 participants, and Hockey development programs to well over 1600 participants.
Holly continued to lead Power Skate Classes during her tenor at AZ ICE Gilbert. Holly also directed numerous Theatre on Ice Shows and currently still does at Coyotes Community Ice Center.
Holly coaches beginner through professional level figure skaters and hockey players. Current member of USFS, PSA, and Learn to Skate USA as well as USA Hockey. Holly is a Level 4 in USA HOCKEY and has completed all USA hockey modules for every division and birth year. Holly is SkateSafe certified and background checked. Holly Specializes in Freestyle, Choreography, Power Skating and Moves in the Field.

Cassandra Streit, Skating Director
Originally from Canada, Cassandra has over 30 years of skating experience. Cassandra started skating at the age of eight, and has loved the sport ever since she took her first steps onto the ice. Cassandra has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and an associates degree in Special Education and Early Childhood Development. Cassandra is a homeschooling mom of four. She is the Figure Skating Director for Special Olympics Arizona. Cassandra loves to teach skaters of all ages and abilities. Cassandra encourages and teaches her skaters to never give up, have fun, and love the sport of figure skating.

Heather Ludwig
Heather is an ISI World competitor and has been coaching since 1998. Originally from Minnesota, Heather fell in love with figure skating after retiring from competitive gymnastics. Heather has a true passion for coaching and teaches recreational and competitive skaters of all ages. Having fun is a #1 priority for Heather’s team of skaters along with empowering and helping each individual achieve their goals.
